At House of Siora, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur — making each piece uniquely beautiful.

No Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.
However, exchanges may be approved under specific circumstances mentioned below.
Exchange Eligibility

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with relevant images/videos and order details.
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved:

Our team will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable.

The product will undergo a quality check upon arrival.

After approval, the replacement product will be dispatched.
Exchange Timeline
The complete exchange process may take 7–15 working days depending on pickup and delivery timelines.

Lost Shipments
In case a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.
Once confirmed, a replacement or store credit may be issued.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
