Since our bags are handcrafted, we do not accept returns. Exchanges are only allowed if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect, supported by an unboxing video shared within 24 hours of delivery.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please share an unboxing video with us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement for you. No exchange is accepted without an unboxing video.
How long will my order take to reach me?
Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched in 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 3–7 days across India.
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes, Partial COD is available for selected pin codes within India. COD orders may require a small advance confirmation payment.
