Thank you for shopping with House of Siora. We take great care in ensuring that your handcrafted luxury bag reaches you safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries within India.


 

Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across India.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders pan-India — no minimum purchase required.

  • We also offer Express Shipping for urgent deliveries at an additional cost (visible at checkout or upon request).


 

Processing Time

  • Orders containing ready stock products are processed and dispatched within 48–72 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking details.


     

Delivery Timelines

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–4 days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–7 days

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, or public holidays).


 


Express Shipping

If you need your order urgently or by a specific date (for weddings, gifting, or festive occasions):

  • Kindly contact us before placing your order via WhatsApp or email to confirm availability and delivery feasibility.

  • Express shipping charges may vary based on location and weight.

We’ll do our best to ensure your bag reaches you exactly when you need it!


 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via email or WhatsApp

  • Courier details and estimated delivery window

You can use this link to monitor the live status of your order.

If you face any tracking issues or delays, feel free to contact our support team.


 

Address Details

Please ensure all shipping details (name, address, pin code, and contact number) are entered correctly at checkout.

  • House of Siora will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  • Re-delivery (if possible) may incur additional courier charges.


 

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times.
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability or incorrect address, the parcel will be returned to us.
 Re-shipping can be arranged after additional courier charges are paid by the customer.


 

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your parcel appears tampered, opened, or damaged upon delivery:

  • Please do not accept the package.

  • Contact us immediately at contact@houseofsiora.com or via WhatsApp with your order details and pictures.
    We will review and assist you in arranging a replacement or appropriate resolution.


 

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
