At House of Siora, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every bag we create. Each piece is carefully handcrafted, inspected, and packaged with utmost care before dispatch.
However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you in the best possible way. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Return

Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

Record a complete unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to showing the damaged area clearly).

Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

You must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for review.

Products returned without an unboxing video or beyond the time limit will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

If the product was delivered in perfect condition.

If the damage occurred due to mishandling after delivery.

If the claim is raised after 24 hours of receipt.

If the unboxing video is incomplete, unclear, or missing.

For reasons related to personal preference such as color, design, or size.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges for any products.
You may, however, use the store credit from an approved return to purchase a different product from our collection.
Refund Method

Refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit.

Store credit can be used against any future purchase at House of Siora.

We do not issue monetary refunds (no cash, bank transfer, or card reversal).

If approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process and issuance of store credit.
Store Credit Details

Store credit will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected.

The credit value will be equivalent to the product’s purchase price (excluding shipping charges).

Store credit can be used anytime within 6 months from the date of issuance.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
Shipping for Returns

The product must be shipped back in its original packaging to maintain its condition.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item to avoid any transit damage.
Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed or shipped.

If you wish to modify an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
