At House of Siora, we currently ship only within India. Every order is carefully packed and delivered through trusted courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and XpressBees to ensure a smooth, safe, and timely delivery experience.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders across India

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available on all orders

  • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST.


Order Processing & Dispatch

Every House of Siora piece is thoughtfully packed with attention to detail before dispatch.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days.

  • After dispatch, deliveries usually take 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.


Customized Orders

  • Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

  • Customized products are not eligible for exchange or return. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.


Delivery Timings

Our courier partners deliver between:

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Excluding public holidays)

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure:

  • Your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • Your phone number and email address are entered correctly at checkout.

Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, or courier disruptions may occasionally occur.

  • Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.

  • House of Siora reserves the right to cancel orders due to incomplete information, payment issues, or serviceability limitations.
